Payout Match by Shuttlewright
Does the money in your bank match what your processors say they paid?
Load payout reports from Stripe, PayPal, Paystack and Flutterwave and a bank statement CSV. Payout Match pairs each payout with a bank credit and lists everything that does not pair up: missing payouts, amounts that differ, refunds, chargebacks and bank credits nobody explains. Your files are read in this page and never uploaded.
1. Settings
You enter the rates. Nothing is fetched. A payout is matched when the bank credit is within the FX tolerance of payout times your rate, and the difference goes to an FX line.
2. Files
Drop CSV files here or choose them. Stripe: Payout reconciliation, itemized. PayPal: Settlement report. Paystack and Flutterwave: transaction exports with a settlement column. Bank: a CSV with date, description and amount, or debit and credit.

What this does and does not do
- Matches one payout to one bank credit by reference when the bank text contains the payout ID, otherwise by amount and date window. It does not split or combine bank credits.
- Stripe and PayPal column names follow each provider's report documentation. PayPal settlement amounts are read as unsigned minor units with CR or DR, as that report defines. Paystack and Flutterwave exports let you choose columns, so check the column mapping on those files.
- PayPal payouts are the withdrawal rows in the settlement report. Items between withdrawals are not tied to a payout.
- It does not connect to any account, move money, or give accounting or tax advice. Check results against your records.
